One objective proof is the preservation of the Bible. Throughout the centuries the Bible has endured endless opposition. It has survived the tests of time and the philosophy of man, yet the Holy Scriptures remain as influential today, despite the efforts of those that oppose the authority of the Bible. Furthermore, the recent scientific and archeological findings further help preserve with scientific evidence that the Bible is true. Archeolgy The Bible is historicly accurate. Archeology has proven the Bible to be historical. Manuscripts have been found that establish the reliability of the Bible. These discoveries do not discredit the Word of God, as some individuals would like to believe, but on the contrary these findings add to the reliability of the Holy Scriptures. Some of the greatest archeological findings include "The Mosaic authorship of the Pentateuch" and "The Isaiah Scrolls, the Dead Sea Scrolls." Fulfilled Prophecy The Bible is overwhelmed with fulfilled prophesy. About one third of the entire Bible is prophetic. The Bible is a prophetic book, it announces things that would take place in the future, and these prophesies unfolded as they were proclaimed that they would. The prophecies of the Bible are unlike the prophesies of man, because the word of God is absolute truth and perfect. Prophesy after prophesy, the Bible is proven to be accurate and reliable. Some of the prophesis include, the virgin birth, the birth of Jesus in the city of Bethlehem, and His rise from the dead on the third day. All prophesies fortold years before the birth of Christ and all came true. These are only a few of the many prophecies that are revealed in the Bible and add to its reliability. Transformed Lives The Word of God changes lives. The Gospel of Jesus Christ transforms an individuals life from darkness to light. There are scores of testimonies of young and old, all coming to the realization of Christ and His redemptive plan of salvation. Individuals have been born again, (saved by the grace of God) into the Kingdom of God, by believing in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross for the remission of sins. The Spirit of God One of the greatest proofs that the Bible is true is in the power of the Spirit of God. The Spirit of God makes the Bible real in the believers heart. The Spirit of God helps individuals dissern and understand the authority, truth, and greatness of the Bible. By believing in Christ and His plan of salvation, the Spirit of God then begins to work in the heart of the believer, giving wisdom and grace to study His Word. Jesus is our Lord and Savior Jesus is the Son of God. He is God who came as man. Jesus was cruxified and was resurrected on the third day. Jesus also said that if one opens the door of their heart, He will come into our lifes if we trully believe in Him. God has created us with the awareness that He exists, but because of the fall of man (our sinful nature) we are seperated from Him. We are spiritually dead, but Jesus plan of Salvation offers us reconciliation with God the Father. By receiving Jesus Christ as our Saviour, we are born again, spiritually renewed into the body of Christ, knowing Him as our Lord and redeemer.
